3 Year Limited Warranty for Crescendo Bags™

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Crescendo Bags. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, made by Crescendo.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.  Only original, unaltered and unmodified items are covered. During the Warranty Period, Crescendo Bags will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Crescendo Bags will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the item.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Crescendo Bags is 1,095 days (or 3 years) days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1,095 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the bag (such as scratches or stained fabrics). Any damage to, loss of the contents of the bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered.

Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitable occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your bag, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Usual wear and tear not covered by warranty are changes in color, abrasions, and general breakdown of material over time. Some examples of common wear and tear include color fading from sun exposure, worn velcro, and worn shoulder padding. Some examples of accidental damage are rips or cuts in fabric, animals chewing or clawing on our products.

Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and shipping fees. Please email us with details so we can discuss the repair.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at, with details of your claim. If you can send pictures, that would be helpful in determining the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. We will respond to you within 3 business days to issue a claim number, and return shipping instructions. We cannot accept claim, or repair items without return authorization.
